There was panic when a woman’s body tied up in iron chains was discovered outside a government school in west Delhi’s Tilak Nagar on Friday morning. There were visible signs of torture on the body, which was also packed partly in a plastic bag. Later in the evening, police identified the woman, who was apparently in her early 30s, and launched a manhunt for a suspect who was spotted wearing a turban in CCTV footage.
